TESTING MODULES:

ü Each module having separate sample loading facility.

ü All modules work independently and simultaneously.

LENGTH AND STRENGTH MODULES: Fully automatic sample preparation by four combs in circular path. A new patented twinpneumatic clamping mechanism for accurate and speeding mechanism. Length measured by optical, strength measured by concentrate of elongation principle respectively in ICC and HVI mode of testing.

COLOUR,TRASH AND MOISTURE MODULE: Colour and trashparameters measured by optical reflectance, image processing. Electricalresistance principles for moisture measurement.

MICRONAIRE AND MATURITY MODULE: It measures themicronaire and maturity parameters by "Patented Double compression airflow method” in three type of maturity modes(AFIS, Shirely and Statex).

UV MODULE - UV value measured by Ultra violet reflection method. It isused to reduce the bare caution in the fabrics.

Tests and analyses the fibre characteristics ofcotton in single instrument and Results are accurate to meet the internationalstandards (USDA,ISTEK).

TESTING MODULES:

Fiber bundlestrength tester used to measures the tensile property of cotton and synthetic fibers in gram/tex.

It measures thetensile by constant rate of loading principle.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
